That is correct, but as it turns out I have a few comics where the artwork has been designed by the man,... i have comics that have artwork designed by him, surely thats worth a few quid?

The tattoo artist I got done with has had the guys from Miami Ink. Apparently they arent the nicest guys in the world. Rather pretentious. He was telling me some fans came into the shop to talk to them and the guys just didnt want anything to do with them unless they wanted to spend £1k+ on a tattoo.

The tattoos are good but personally I wouldnt want these. Slightly too in your face for my liking lol.

Yeah they do great work. They were also going to charge someone £500 to do a £40 tattoo in my artist's shop when they were doing guest slots lol. Since it was a copy and not original work you wouldnt have been able to tell the difference on who did it.

Nikko Hurtado is great and everything but he is certianly not the best tattoo artist in the world. Several people in California do similiar style portraits of the same/better quality i.e. Mike Devries

And there are some in the UK;

And even then all of these people focus on realism, there isn't such an element of style in their work compared to a lot of other peoples who's tattoos aren't as 'impressive' but ultimately more artistic i.e.
