Betrayal of 17m march

I was a slight leaver/on the fence before, now I just don't care, and would just prefer a remain vote. I see no reason why UK policitans can do a better job than the EU tbh.

Complete waste of time, money, worry, oxygen. The vested interests and globalist will never allow Brexit to happen, once you accept that, its easier.
Why accept that? Just why!

One hundred thousand people marched down Edinburgh's Royal Mile in support of independence. Not a mention in the media. If it didn'td fit their agenda it won't be covered.

BBC seem to have some kind of policy when it comes to protests, uprising, coups, etc. at first they ignore it until it is obvious it isn't just going to go away, then they write a tiny little headline buried away down the site and/or tagged onto the end of another news report then once they can't not report on it (usually about 24+ hours after things have become well established and carried by other media) they throw up some reports on it and seemingly try to bury it as soon after with other stories.

On the other hand a terrorist incident, natural disaster or someone giving a baby a funny name will be breaking headlines in lights practically before it has happened and milked for days.

I'm rather glad that people aren't smashing up London like in the rest of the EU, the hope that you are leaving quells a lot of the anger.

While there is hope that will remain the case, but should brexit not happen for what ever reason. All hell will break loose. Just hope doesn't come to it as a repeat of the riots in the 80s would be utter chaos. At least then co-ordination was poor, now they have social media to really screw things up.

Didn't even know there was a march today. That said though, why were rent-a-mob AntiFa there to oppose a pro-Brexit march? Are they saying that anyone who voted to get out of the EU is a fascist?

Not a chance IMO, far too many "leavers" like myself have come to realise that Boris, Farage and Co. sold us a heard of unicorns and rainbows about how easy getting an amazing Brexit deal was going to be, leaving the country quids in. Far too many planet reality bazookas have been fired over the last ~2.5 years, sinking the the Brexit Utopian ship.

I expect a democratic re-run of the referendum to be an absolute landslide to stay as we are, ripping up A50.

Voted for the wrong reason if you believed them saying a deal would be easy. The only way brexit was ever going to happen was under WTO rules, the EU wouldn't have it any other way.

How did I miss this???

I would have been there!!!!

Oh wait, no, I wouldn't. I am toasty and telly is on.

As you were.
