Hi there!
I am about to buy a game and iam divided between those two.
I like a good story, some action (not mindless shooting or button mashing), a good portion of RPG elements etc
I have a AMD 6000 (dual core), 4GB Ram , Win XP and a 275 GTX Card.
Can you point me to one of these games?

Gameplay aside, Deus Ex: HR would run a lot better than the Witcher 2 on your system so I'd recommend that. It has a strong stealth element to the game and a good storyline from what I hear.

Neither, Witcher needs an uber computer to play and deus ex is a bad console port that stutters like ****, until they release a patch, if it ever comes out, its the same problem that black ops has

It is not a console port. They had a seperate team work on the PC version of the game. It is unfortunate that you have had a poor experience with the game but it certainly isn't bad.

Witcher 2 is a much better game Deus X was a disappointment imo.
You can run witcher 2 fine just not with maxed out details obviously.

I would say theat Deus Ex is a much better game tbh, i was disappointed with The Witcher 2. I think it's a good game but not as good as a lot of people think.

Personally, i never had a problem with either game in terms of glitches or stuttering etc except the problem with shadows in TW2 and maybe slight stuttering in Deus Ex(but not noticeable)

The freedom that you get in Deus Ex is fantastic

I would say that describes Deus Ex perfectly

was disappointed with The Witcher 2. I think it's a good game but not as good as a lot of people think.

I thought it was boring, have tried and tried to play it - but keep on getting an hour into it, getting bored and leaving to do something else.

Another vote for Deus Ex, I thought The Witcher 2 was decent but I only finished it because there was nothing much else out at the time and aside from the graphics it really isn't as good as some people would have you believe.

I finished Witcher 2 twice and it is GOTY by far, Deus Ex is a good game (I just came back to Detroit after Montreal, it is quite long) but not as good as Witcher 2, and definitely not as good as Deus Ex 1.

Im playing both, when i get bored of of one i swap over.
They are both great games and both will run on your computer. Deus Ex will run easy and the witcher 2 will run but at low setting... which still looks very nice.

A lot of people here are obsessed with having to have everything on maxium and refuse to play games unless they can... dont listen to them.

Aparently some people are having problem with Deus Ex stuttering, but its probably them wanting to have their settings too high, although it seems to be based around ati users.

Havent played Deus Ex yet ( though do intend to).

The Witcher 2 was one of the best games i have played in a long time and is probably one of my favourite games. This is impressive because RPG's are not my favourite genre (as in i hate mmorpg's,Dragon Age,Gothic e.t.c games like that)

I don't see why your pc would have a problem running Witcher 2 on half decent settings at a reasonable res.

Maxed and 1080p and you'll struggle though!

Have not played Deux Ex yet, although I plan to.

Witcher 2 I have enjoyed, but not as much as the first one. I found Witcher 2 to be much more of a challenge, which is always good (and a little frustrating at times lol).
