BF2 PATCH 1.21, yes ive found it early again! :D

seems official to me..

And ive tried joining some servers to check and all is good. It was due out sometime tomorrow so not surpsied it has been leaked a little bit early. I recall the last patch took ages to appear on the official site and a lot of fan sites had it long before.
 
but there was 2 versions of that patch. one with a different name for the euro forces or something in bfhq, i dunno if it had any bad effects though, i just like to see it officially and i have now so ive got it, not many servers yet though
 
Cheers for that, downloaded but not installed, when do you think will be the time to make the switch?

well it went official a few hours after i posted it, just like this one has, i gave it to everyone a good 3hrs before release.
i wont post fake or virus files here :mad:

and jfyi, you can now download it from EA's site and probably slowly as it gets hammered.

i wasnt atacking you whatsoever. i have no idea who you are, youre just some person that visits this forum. how i choose to take care of my computer and the welfare of it is my concern. ive accused you of nothing, i just prefer to see some sort of feedback that it is indeed actually in the publics hands and that the files are actually ready. i used the link you posted in the op, so ive already got it. so cheers for the info and cheers for the link t the EA forums.
 
Is a readme of changes available? I am particularly interested in the use of mines and claymores, the amount you can drop, if they can be destroyed again. I read the Friendly Fire has been moved back to a server side option on them fortunately....
 
Twas the night before hotfix
and all through Dice’s house
not a tester was testing
not one click of a mouse

The offices were all empty
Not one employee in site
A sign read “we are finished , we’ve patched things up right”

“what name bug? what lag?”
“you people are sickening”
“we nerfed shooting while jumping”
“why add to the list of things that need fixing?”

I sat down at my desk in my office at dice
I had to scratch my head, and I have no lice
Why didn’t we patch what deserved our insight?
Why did we release this worthless 13 megabytes?

Then I powered up the pc
I Loaded battlefield 2
My teammates names were red
And they punished me too!

I hopped in the AA
We said the missiles were tweaked
But strange , these heat seekers
no longer heat seeked!

I tried the screen capture and boy was I smirking!
EUREKA weve done it!!! Weve got something working!

I leaned back in my chair
Poot my feet on the desk
Such a successful patch! what should we fix next?
I looked for the list of important fixes too see which to expect
I checked under the rug (because that’s where it’s kept)

Since I couldn’t find it, I called it a night.
we can patch this patches’ patch and then patch another one right?
