Any1 played around with the new weapons, i got 2 unlocks spare.
More interested in the P90 since i spend 90% of the time as AT.

Don't bother. Just wait until the servers get patched, otherwise you won't have many places to play.

I'm in no rush for the patch anyway. I won't get any more free weapons, and I won't get any new ranks either

(already at 50,000).

Maybe it comes down to people have respect for actual skill needed to kill someone, and tbh the 203'ing is even worse in clan games, as its purely c4 throwing and 203s.

the size of the blast has been reduced, but you can still fire it at your feet.

And? You do what you have to. It's a game, you use the mechanics of it best to your advantage.

same could be said about the planes and choppers, but hey ho they got nerfed far far beyond what was needed (slightly better AA).

There is nothing wrong with the noob tube. Firing at your feet is a cheap kill, but you only have so many grenades, so people can't do it constantly. Your also likely to blow yourself up doing that. Running around waving pistols and assault rifles in each others face isn't realistic either..

There's nothing better than firing off an insane long range shot and killing your victim first time..This is my speciality in BF2. If your good, it's more effective than a sniper rifle. For me its the most lethal, most versatile weapon.

Well looking at your stats i can see why you are abit touchy on the "noob tube" bashing , Its your second most used weapon apart from the Assault rifle with almost 19 hours used and 1,442 kills with it..........NOOB!!

Choppers have armour made of materials commonly found in toilet paper for this new patch.

lol u know ive found just shooting a chopper at close range and watching it go down, even the machine gun on the back of a jeep easily takes one down just fire in controlled burst...

Good to hear dolphin prone divers and no more C4 throwing is gone
