Well with all your crap comments about vanilla i thought you knew what you were talking about. As you haven't played it in over a year then you obviously don't.
You haven't experienced IO servers or the scene nowadays but still you **** it off.
Strange attitude for someone who is trying to promote something.

Oh yeah because right enough Dice are still developing BF2 aren't they? It's changed loads in the last year.

I hear of people everyday coming across from vanilla all the time and most say how much better PR is and it's what BF2 should have been so i'm in a lot better position than you to make these statements. ;)

The game itself hasn't changed much but there has been a lot of change in the way its played ;)

I accept your rolleyes and raise you

How can you comment when you haven't played it recently ?
You haven't played IO servers or tried the recent patches. As for PR i have downloaded it and intend to try it but i won't comment about it until i have tried it otherwise that would make me the same as you which is misinformed.

There hasn't been a real patch since 1.4. I tried that. Same old. I'm sure most people in the PR world gave vanilla a quick blast when a new patch came out but there was hardly anything new was there? I played vanilla for 500+ hours and played in ladders so I know how it plays public and I know how it plays in clan matches (which won't have changed) so I am far from misinformed.

As I said, I know a lot of people who still play vanilla from time to time and most of them are really bored with it. No wonder when you've had nothing new in ages and it's stopped being developed.

24/7 Karkland anyone? :p

1.4 had quite a fair number of changes in it. 1.41 had 1 server side change. Hence the reason i'm saying 1.4 was the last 'real' patch. 1 server fix in 1.41 doesn't justify a 'real' patch. :)
