BF3 System

Yeah ive already got 2 one gb stiks if i get 2 more of the same brand would it hinder the OC. Ive heard 2 stiks clok better?

It does put more strain on the memory controller the more DIMMS you have, but I think that is in relation to heavy overclocking/users who want the best Hz. A average user with a average/high overclock wont have an issue.

If there is an issue with the stability of the overclock with extra DIMMS then a small increase in voltage will usually solve it, the name of this voltage to adjust the memory controller can vary, but hopefully its the same as here - http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/prin...ltage-Configurations-from-the-Motherboard/995
