Happened to me before, my brand new Diablo II cd

. Was surprised to say the least! Store replaced it though, apparently they'd seen it before.

Had that happen to a copy of Windows Server 2003. We were in the middle of upgrading the server at the time

Happened to me once, luckily the drive wasn't damaged and the disc was nothing of much importance. Sure goes off with a bang though.
