haha! Nah, just lino

Yup! tend to order the majority of stuff from them. Kinda of like scan computers in bolton really, tiny shop with massive wharehouse.
Merlin is a good shop, though somewhat scorned in the UK (by distributors) for selling OEM/Grey market goods.
Planning on going to Lee Quarry on Sunday, any idea if it's pretty weatherproof or would it be better going to Gisburn which i'm presuming is going to be sheltered?

Lee isn't sheltered and the last time it snowed there were plenty of snow drifts in the berms - not fun.

1st proper test run on the Lyrik's last night. Very impressed!
Anyone else rolling on a set? I managed to get a feel for how the mission control works, and have the settings pretty much bang on for my local riding spots. Never used the floodgate for the climbs either, so I might just remove it altogether.
They feel pretty much bomb proof, and track much better than the Revelations (which were great forks)
Glad the upgrade seems to have been worthwhile
but they are no Bos Deville, right?![]()

But for how long, i give them a year or two at most.
Not really an opinion based on facts is it?
Did you deal with R53 before surf sales? Roger Estrada himself (owner) is a wang of epic proportions ( I mean the guy shouted at my wife ffs!) with seriously demanding business model (amount of stock he expected dealer to buy and so forth) Coming from motorsport, he's used to dealerships having more cash than MTB dealers. That relationship is a two way street.
BOS is admittedly not the most communicative bunch, but the doom and gloom of "we give them x amount of time before they crack" is unfounded.
