Had a good deal today, bought an 07 Giant Glory with new Fox40's, Hope V2 Brakes with Vented Rotors and usual glory spec, an Identiti Dr Jekyll with hope mini's, dirt jumpers, 3 piece cranks and 24 inch wheels and a Diamond Back BMX all for £1000. I only wanted the Jekyll, but i thought i could probaly strip the glory for bits and make my money back easy.. will get pics tomorrow

How much would you sell the Glory for as a full bike ? (If you are)
 
Oops, looped out on my BMX on March 31st leading to an extended stay in hospital (12 days). Strange thing is I did the same thing to my other ankle 4 years ago. Still, at least they match now!

Will be a while before I'm back on any bike, but I will be back.
 
Ouch!!!

Really annoyed I can't get out just now either on the MTB or the road. Ripped tendons and damaged my Deltoid muscle at a fire last week. Really thought I had broken my shoulder as it was so sore. Doc has said it isn't broken though, just tissue and muscle damage.

Annoying as we are having a spell of nice weather just now. You don't realise just how addicted you are to cycling until someone tells you you can't do it for a month!!. :p

You have to get the same BCD chainring size (104/64) to fit. :)

Where's that? I've been looking for exactly the same as my top ring (36t is bent like err.... a bent thing. :( Could do with a new 24t granny too. :)
 
Changed chains on both my bikes today. Two smallest cogs on the cassette of the Rockhopper are slipping though. Anything I can have done wrong, or does it need a new casette? Only done about 600 miles.

I'd probably guess at around end of May, start of June.


Went out to buy some Knee pads today and ended up with the old favourite, 661 Kyle Straits. Really wanted the Fox Launch Pros, but the L/XL was way too small. I know its cheaper to manufacturer only a few sizes, but it's really dissapointing they havent really put the effort in.
