Hi guys, can i ask a totaly noob question? :p

Just got my bike home, and the springs on the wheel hub where the fork goes onto, where does the spring have to be (for the quick release mech)? thanks

Putting Kenda tyres on are always a mistake, regardless of conditions :p

what don't you like them ?
i think their fantastic but this is only my first pair of kendas
What kind of preasure should my rear suspension on a Giant Trance 2 2008 on be?

What sort of maintance should i be doing on the front sys?
depend how heavy you are i think you need about 15% sag
and your front sus the on this i do is clean and lube them makeing sure the seals are free from muck and if they are bad they may need a service which will require you taking to a bike shop and them sending them off to the manufacturer.

Check the manual for your rear shock, you can normally download them and it will recommend a psi to weight ratio.

For the fork keep the stantions clean and then lube up with...

Ah sorry, thought you meant your tyres... DOH.
Same applies though, use the guidance PSI for your shock, but ride what you are comfy with/like
