I was using 34 - 22 today so Ichabod Crane could keep up with me. :p

Had a quick shot of his Tracer2. It's a seriously nice bike. Can't wait for mine to come.

Aye had a good ride/hike! on Friday up in Aberdeen...

Im heading out on the local trails tomorrow morning as early as i can, even got the GoPro out for a change.
Endomondo to track my miles as well.

The Intense looks good there, i have been pricing up ready for a Nomad, will have to keep as many components as i can for now, just gets to expensive swaping to a 1x10 setup.

You are easily going to be topping 3k with the carbon Nomad as a base.

Might have to go for the ally, just cant justify the exra for under a pound of weight. Not like thats heavy, under 7lbs, my current rig is jabout 12.5lbs for the frame.

Just need a frame and a reducer headset, everything else should move across.

Cant blame you I would take the alu one over the carbon, but then i do prefer how it looks.

Carbon is the way to go. Ichabod Crane secretly covets my "plastic bike" :p

Yes the Carbon SC bikes come faced.

Heading up to Morray Monster trails tomorrow. The Gully Monster should be good on the Blur

The previous pics of your Tracer frame gave the illusion of being quite small but this pic seems to show just how chunky the frame actually is... Quite liking it and it looks much better in yellow in the flesh than the previous stock images made out.

I'm happy today.. After a few weeks of searching I managed to get myself a 2010 Rockhopper Pro! Ended up spending a bit more than I originally intended to spend but sod it! :)

Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap womans bike? The missus has got a bike but its a road bike and she'd like something a bit more suitable for trails etc with front suspension. Ideally something second hand thats a few years old and won't cost much!

Is that a fizik gobi ichabod crane?

Thinking of going for one myself - still to find the perfect seat for my boney ass:D

What do you think to it?

Aye is the Gobi XM, it is very comfy although on some longer rides where I spend a lot of time in the saddle I get some lower back pain. According to the Fizik site and there spine concept thingy I need an Aliante-XM so might get one to see if it makes a difference.
