was riding along and it felt like the disc brake was jammed on, pumped the brake to get it to let go and then QR lever snapped and pinged off into the bushes looked at the hub and the hub bolt had stripped off the axle threads and the hub wont spin at all
they are going to look at it, got to send it back, hope they replace it,

Sounds like maybe the hub locknuts weren't done up properly, and the cones/bearings were allowed to become stupidly tight as a result, which I believe can have the effect of partial/full jamming of wheel rotation.
