My mate got a set of them, slid out on a corner (nothing serious) and pringled the front wheel. All the spokes on one side were loose, we aren't sure if it was like that before or after.

Waiting for warranty now, but it looks like a dodgy build.
 
Very true, but then again you can say that about all the finer things in life.
My 661 Evo is nice/does the job relatively well but the D3 just that touch of class and comfort better. Tried my mate's one on and by lord it jut felt so much more solid.

That said I'm sure lids like the Fox V3R and so forth is in the same class.
Speaking of which, the OGK Kabuto looks mint!

I'm totalling things up for the year ahead:
On order: Tracer 2 and Angleset
Needed now: new chain/front rings/cassette/gear outers/UST tyres (2.4 x 1 and 2.2 x 2)
Would like now: Dropper post
Needed soon: Body armour/neck brace/gloves/shoes
Coming soon: Another full sus bike
To be replaced now: DSLR lense.

Anyone need a kidney? :o
 
You could whore yourself out to 1000 fat chicks for £5, or 100 really fat chicks for £50. :p

Helmet arrived, not bad service from Leisure Lakes, ordered Thursday late, let's hope it doesn't have to go back.

Front and rear pads (front is a 'ghetto pad' and extends down forehead 15mm, supposed to do a good job at catching sweat, also as it's exposed it's supposed to dry faster

The fit is really good with the smaller rear pad, it's nice and snug on my head and doesn't move about.
It weighs about the same as my Met Parachute (without chin guard) just under 300g according to reviews.
Bit of a gamble although the box is only a cardboard one so you could send it back if it didn't fit right I guess....
Hopefully having a test ride later today/tomorrow.
