Any recommendation for some cheapish flat pedals?

Also, the five ten impact 2 shoes for example, are they ok to walk around in, or are they quite rigid? I sometimes dump the bike and run/walk to the top of a hill to get the view.

I wouldn't go out walking in them, but they're not like carbon soled roadie shoes, they're okay for that.

I've converted my squishy bike's wheels to tubeless (rim strip, sealant), taken ages for the front (Nevegal) to seal but it's getting there, rear (Excavator) sealed up straight away!

I'm going for a ride tomorrow so thought I'd test them out, maybe a shakedown ride will get the sealant into the crannies. I always wanted white rims for this bike and I think it looks pimpin :D

I just tried converting my Stans Olympic rims ghetto tubeless with 2.0 Conti Race King Supersonics. Result = impossible. :o

Bwhahaa! That's on a bit of road ride between trails :D surprisingly hilly apart from that bit!

Anyway shut it you live in Scotland, it's not a fair comparison :p

Myself and Andelusion hit Stainburn today, first proper ride of the season and debut ride of the Tracer 2. The sun was shining and the trails were dry we couldn't have planned it better :D

Enjoy...

Rawrrr!!! :D

Stainburn is proper ace now - the top of the descent line is really good, nice addition with the jumps (the last 2 are quite tricky to clear for a noob like me) and the berms are flowing nicely, the bottom half needs some features adding now!

I was going to post my days riding pics but they suck compared to Ichabods. :(

Did a trail at Bennachie this morning

http://www.sportypal.com/Workouts/Details/1005836

Then rode Millstone hill next to it twice (400m) with part of Bennachie again in the afternoon.

Forgot to switch sporty pal on for the second ride. DOH!

Hope to get out to Bennachie for a couple of night rides this week too.
