no only the one... i have never really needed a second

Have you had a look at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310794

Do it in safe mode of course, to start regedit, open up "run" in the start menu and type "regedit" and it will boot

yeah i have tried it but where it says..

"Delete the following registry keys in the Windows registry:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers"

the folder Cryptography is not there.... :confused:

have you searched the registry for the words "Cryptography"... might be somewhere else?

You say that, but i have had to make regedit changes before, and I have found the key I am looking for in a different place to where MS say... so give it a whirl!
