Newspaper > wasps then you get to crunch them up under foot. A legitimate kill & one of the last a man can enjoy on this Oppresive planet.

I'm sure I saw a program about them and it said they had some sort of venom in their sting that can kill you :eek:
 
I'm not fond of bees and wasps pretty much like anyone as i'm not a fan of being stung, but I still think they're amazing insects. I've watched too many documentaries :p
 
I'm apparently allergic to them so have quite a large fear of the sods, **** knows why I'm reading this thread the pics are stimulating my brain into thinking stuff has flown in my room.... :(

Car crash syndrome methinks.
 
I used to have a knack for getting stung as a kid. Got stung about 7 times in a summer once, they always went for my ear :mad:
 
^^ My daughters granddad is Allergic to Wasps sting. He found out when a wasp killed his brother :eek: Donkeys years ago now so i s'pose they must have a cure for it now.
 
I have a huge phobia of wasps. I think it's because I have a memory stuck in my head of when I was a child, screaming in angony with a wasp attached to my kneecap - it did bloody hurt!
Since then I absolutely hate them. If they come near me I usually shout VERY loud, and often swear - I don't even think about where I am! It happened in a shopper center once full of people.
I hate it when I wear shorts and the sods fly around my legs, they are just so damn annoying.
I have some respect for bee's, especially honey bee's, but wasps are just lame.

Hehe, are they that bad? I seem to remember them being comparable to nettle stings - except maybe a little worse. Not that bad :o
 
I was stung in the eye by a bee once when I was 3, not the actual eyeball, but that soft stuff in the corner next to the nose. I remember rubbing it and seeing the black/yellow sting bit on my finger. Once of my first memories.

Been stung in the ear and neck by wasps. :/
 
My foot swelled up like a football and I went into a zombified state for around an hour when I were stung as a boy.... yes they are that bad. My aunt has an epi pen for if she gets stung, I sadly do not as the only way to confirm my allergy is to get stung again. :rolleyes:

haha, I'm the same... i hate walking along the road when one flies near... I just need to flail my arms around like a muppet, can't help it.
Must look like a mentaler.

I honestly don;t remember. I was stung when I was about 4 or something - all I can remember is screaming!
