Might go and have a look and then be cheeky and ask if he'll loan it to me for a week to see if I like it.
Just fancy a change from the Versys as I can't get comfy on it and think maybe I would prefer the riding style.
I know the upright position is supposed to be a comfier position but I find my back hurts after an hour and my arse is numb after 2 hours.

2.
1 leather and 1 all weather waterproof.
Not sure why you'd need more...(excluding my old winter one that sits in the cupboard unused.)

Four, one I use daily, one for best, one that's been down the road a few times that needs chucking away and one leather jacket that I never wear

How many motorcycle jackets do you guys have?

3:
Original one I picked up cos I needed it when I picked my bike up after CBT, was cheap and didn't really like it in the end

Textile one I use through winter with removable waterproof & thermal lines

Leather for summer

I've Dainese Seca D-Dry which is waterproof with a linear that's a size bigger, but when its warm I'm sweating like a pig in it. I'm thinking of getting a mesh jacket in my actual size this time as I won't be putting anything underneath it. :p

It was a stupid decision to buy a waterproof jacket... should have went for a normal or goretex. :(

One but I'm going to buy myself a nice expensive leather jacket sometime next week, got another all day tattoo session Saturday so will probably be off the bike for a week, I'll use the time I'm off the bike to find one.

I'll probably do that and then when I feel confident enough for a track day, I'll buy some leather trousers to go with it. I'm guessing you're going for an alpinestars leather jacket? :p

It's the only brand I buy now, can't fault the quality though they do charge quite a premium for it lol.

I have 2 (ignoring the cheap jacket I bought when I started out that now gathers dust in a cupboard).

Textile winter and a leather summer jacket.

A* stuff is nice but it's built for 5ft 4in italian motoGP riders :D I'm the same build as them (i.e. skinny!) but about a foot taller, which means they fit well around the chest/waist, but the arms are about 10 inches too short! :D

Dainese is quite nice, although when I tried the leather jacket the leather cramped in a weird way... made it look like I have breasts wanting to poke out. :p haha

Edit: Most of the bikes seem to be made for midgets too, I can flat foot pretty much any bike and on most nakeds my knees are bent whilst flat footing the bike. :p

Mines like that on my green bike,I'm guessing cos it's new,try spraying it with wd40,

Press down on the cap when unlocking/locking it,

@sandy depends how well it's been maintained, brakes, suspension would probably need overhauling if they haven't already due to age, engines tend to be fine

Thanks mate.

However, the fender extender has been great since I fitted it using epoxy glue. The whole front of the engine where the sparky is was completely dry! No more one cylinderness. :D

I'm not sure if I want rain on my Mod2, I guess it would give me an excuse to ride slower and more room for mistakes due to lower visibility? :p I don't know, my instructor said I'm over thinking things...

Was coming home from work behind 2 harleys, husband and wife I think. Dear sweet baby Rossi they were loud. Loved every minute :D:D Bloke even acknowledged with a hand gesture as I was changing lane to come off.

You know the weather is good up here when even the wife gets her bike out haha :p
