Bikers Youtube thread

The bike wasn't even that lent over! But when you watch it in slow motion near the end it must be humpy or hit something on the road because the suspension gets unsettled badly and down goes the front!

Youtube slowmo ftw. That ktm guy was literally hanging off the bike when it was barely lent over. On the bit where he lowsided, he was lent in, then you see him turn that bars left into the road, digging in and losing traction at the back.

We need a crash report site :p

I used to paraglide, and every accident was investigated by the bhpa, with more in-depth investigations for fatalities. It was a great educational tool.

He was flicking that GS1200 with the side panniers like it was a naked 600, it looks like he knows the width of his bike from that video. :)

That's not a 1200GS, unless you mean a different part of the vid? Not sure if that's excellent judgement or they don't care if they touch a car!

Pretty certain it will be the latter, looking at how close he was getting then I'm betting he regularly clips cars.

RJ is going to come a cropper sooner or later with filtering that daft.

It's an R1200rt, 2005. The big BMW badge on the top box gives it away ;)

My thoughts are different to you lot regarding his filtering, according to his FAQ on his website he's been riding 20+ years, has had accidents, but has never hit a car.

Did you have an accident? If so, tell us.
Many especially off-road, 3 serious ones. Last major one was on a Kawasaki Z1000, doing 60 MPH when a taxi decided to do a U-turn. Severe road rash, busted knee and ankle. Did not hit the Taxi

Just remember the camera can make gaps and speed seem much different to what they actually are...

Lovely, bike and that race kit

Although I couldn't help but think how that bloke really doesn't know how to use a mic and how bad the video production quality is on that - some of the youtubers who don't get paid for their videos have better production quality then them...

Superduke GT review. That doesn't help, I want one... No, NEED one. :D

Although I agree the screen could have been done much better (copy ducati and the brilliant one hand handle on the multistrada) but that wouldn't stop me buying in a heartbeat.
