Bikers Youtube thread

He needs a good slap tbh. He took a little tumble and screamed like a little bitch for ten minutes solid. I've come off much worse than that, get up, dust yourself off, limp around a bit until the initial shock wears off and get on with it.

He was screaming before he hit the deck, I'm guessing he ****ed up his leg on the truck. Bit harsh tbh.

Still an idiot, hopefully he stop trying to vlog and just concentrate on the *******ing road.

God damn wind. I've lost count the number of times it made me not able to turn the bike and nearly hit a truck.

:D

I remember once when on a bridge that was quite high up, pretty windy that day. I had to counter steer and lean a bit to the other side in order to ride straight. It was pretty sketchy...

Ridingwithtom is one of the channels that gets me through winter! Especially his and Nerb's adventure trips.

Getting some severe garage envy here...

I wouldn't get out of that garage, unless I went for a ride. I would move in there! :D

Yeah, she's a teenager actually 18 years old If I remember correctly. :p

You say that, this year through Germany was minding my own business on a dual carriageway. Approaching a bridge over a somewhat high valley. No wind sock, crosswind warnings or otherwise. Let's just say it was a good thing nothing was in the lane adjacent to me as I got blown a good 2 metres and only just got to grips with a counter-lean to keep going straight as I neared the bounding wall.

The wind must have just been absolutely howling along the valley slopes and concentrating on the joining section for the bridge. Even my pal in-front came off as bad and the air turned blue bewteen the two of us. One of the biggest squeaky sphincter moments on a road bike for me for sure :D

A couple of years ago I rode into Bilbao on the AP68 and the sidewind was so strong that on some of the gentler corners I had to lean away from the corner. That was very odd but at least the wind was consistently strong and not gusting. The bike was heavily laden and must've pretty much acted like a sail.

Something I love doing is looking at how motorcycle manufacturers thought outside the box to get as much power as they can out of x amount of CC (probably why I love two strokes as much as I do). Suppose that the X means 50cc, what do you do? Well, you split it across three cylinders of course. Skip to 1:10:

What a ridiculous machine :D
