Bikers Youtube thread

I would love to have just half the skill of this guy on a big adventure bike

Thanks, I've just been on a Youtube adventure with this guy, his vids are fantastically edited, his commentary is superb (if a little bland) and his riding is second to none. Watch this if you haven't already:

That was awesome. Subscribed!

Trust Honda to come up with some thing like this, having your bike follow you round like an overly attached dog would be a tad weird to say the least.

When you say 'out of their comfort zone' you actually mean 'well within their comfort zone' ;)

Being out of your comfort zone is being somewhere you're not comfortable. Obviously he's very comfortable going slow... 140mph round those same corners would be out of his comfort zone.

Anyway, better with an akra :D And I love how the gear indicator changes on the R1's dash

The guy on the RSV4 was all over the place, the guy on the R1M is fast. Just look at some of the videos back when he had the GSXR.  :D

BTW His speedo is in km/h not mp/h. ;)

Its not a rare sight, a middle aged man buying himself a bike that majority only dream about and ride it like a 250... I wonder what middle age crisis will hit me. :p

Something I love doing is looking at how motorcycle manufacturers thought outside the box to get as much power as they can out of x amount of CC (probably why I love two strokes as much as I do). Suppose that the X means 50cc, what do you do? Well, you split it across three cylinders of course. Skip to 1:10:

What a ridiculous machine :D

An incredible machine, but to be fair it wasn't really thinking outside the box. Engineers realised that more cylinders for a given displacement gave more power potential a long time before Suzuki made that bike.
