At least he's alright! Be better footage up soon no doubt.

The last 2 videos are good examples of why some people shouldn't be allowed on the road.

In other news, I've put together some of the footage I took on Saturday from the BMAD festival. Nothing exciting, just sunshine and bikes. I've got an external mic on its way and I'm sorting out some video editing software as I just plugged these clips into movie maker which is terrible. Looking forward to taking this camera to some track days this year! :D

S100RR Vs Veyron SS

As expected really, but I cracked up laughing on the return journey..... bike pulls a wheelie and the cameraman has something more....interesting...to film :D

Got myself an external mic hooked up now, sounds waaaay better! I have moved it though so it's located inside the cheek pad rather than on the chin strap, will see tomorrow if it makes a difference. Bit of a pain routing the cable so I can hide it somewhere if I go riding without the camera, its so damn long!

I got the drift specific one, could have gotten something of eBay for less I guess but hey ho. I've mounted it inside my cheek pad now rather than on my chin strap and it's made a big difference, wide noise is pretty minimal even if I sit up at high speed - pretty happy with it!

That's really good sound. I tried a helmet mount for the first time a couple of weekends ago and, besides getting the angle wrong, the wind noise was terrible in the GoPro fully sealed enclosure, and it is normally really good. I guess it is the wind off the mounting arm - I need to investigate one of these external microphones!

I don't think lucky quite covers that! :D

Had someone merge into the road I was riding in the other night. So glad I was on the 690 and not 125, accelerated out of it like a stabbed rat and just avoided their bloody offside.

UK drivers are getting worse imo. I ride my pushbike to and from work a couple of times a week for the exercise and that scares me more than riding the Rc8 on the road.

Never leave enough room EVER and that 30 seconds is oooooooohhhhh so important to there journey time.
