I get flamed for my filtering, I have nothing on these videos. I question the legality of this kind of 'progression' and who stands where in case of accident.

I think it's volunteer based. I wonder how many blood bikes end up needing their own delivery?
 
OMG, this is absolutely insane. What is wrong with the US Police system? The cops bring all 3 lanes of a major US highway to a complete standstill just to ticket all the bikers lane splitting!
