BIOS Not loading on NEW Computer

Silly question, but are you using a dedicated graphics card?

What have you changed that's now resulting in power reaching the HDD and DVD Drive?

That's my problem :| I don't know what I changed for it to finally power things up, I can still do that, however, I just have problems getting it to boot up now. Like I said I've got it to boot up once, but I don't know what I did for it to do that, and now I don't know what made it boot up, as i had to power it down to attach a HDD :/
 
I've E-Mailed the person that I bought it off, and, I think I will have to send the CPU and the Motherboard off. Hoping that I can get another set under Warranty.
