Bios 1407 setting help for Corsair memory please.

Finding myself going around in circles trying to work out what settings to use and change in my BIOS V1407. I have an ASUS P5WDH mobo and I’m using a matched pair of Corsair XMS2-6400C4 2gb.

CPU-Z is showing the following

DDR2 2048
Freq 250.2
Cas lat 5
Ras to cas delay 6
RAS 6
Cycle time 18
Bank Cycle time 1

Which does not seem right. Could some please help? Thanks.

Ok I’ve been looking around the web and found that I should have these following settings set:

1,DRAM Timing selected to manual and select
2,SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T
3,SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay 9tRCD): 4T
4,SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T
5,SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T
6,SDRAM Write Recovery Time : 5
7, Command Rate: 2T
8,DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 2.1
9,DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 800mhz

If I disable the “Config dram timings by SPD” I can then set:
Dram Lat : 4
Dram Pre : 4
Dram Cas# Delay:4
Act to Precha : 12
Dram write recovery time : 5

Would that be the same as items 2 to 6 ?
I cannot find an option for the Command Rate 2T as in item 7 or an option for SDRAM Voltage as in item 8.

If I change the Dram frequency from Auto I get the following options:
DDR2-500
DDR2-666
DDR2-833
DDR2-888
DDR2-999
DDR2-1110
DDR2-1332

None of which give me the option of item 9 (800mhz)

Any help would be most appreciated.
