BioShock The Collection

Return to the cities of Rapture and Columbia and experience the award-winning BioShock franchise like never before, beautifully remastered in 1080p. BioShock: The Collection contains all single-player content from BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite, all single-player add-on content, the “Columbia’s Finest” pack, and Director’s Commentary: Imagining BioShock, featuring Ken Levine and Shawn Robertson.

BioShock
BioShock is a shooter unlike any you've ever played, loaded with weapons and tactics never seen. You'll have a complete arsenal at your disposal from simple revolvers to grenade launchers and chemical throwers, but you'll also be forced to genetically modify your DNA to create an even more deadly weapon: you.
• Museum of Orphaned Concepts
• Challenge Rooms

BioShock 2
Set approximately 10 years after the events of the original BioShock, the halls of Rapture once again echo with sins of the past. Along the Atlantic coastline, a monster has been snatching little girls and bringing them back to the undersea city of Rapture. Players step into the boots of the most iconic denizen of Rapture, the Big Daddy, as they travel through the decrepit and beautiful fallen city, chasing an unseen foe in search of answers and their own survival.
• Minerva’s Den
• Protector Trials

BioShock Infinite
Bring us the girl, wipe away the debt. The year is 1912. Deep in debt, Booker DeWitt has only one opportunity for a clean slate: rescue Elizabeth, a mysterious girl imprisoned since childhood in the flying city of Columbia.
• Clash in the Clouds
• Burial at Sea 1&2
• Columbia’s Finest Pack

Features

• Remastered in 1080p.
• BioShock main game and all single player DLC.
• BioShock 2 main game and all single player DLC.

Just found out about this, comes out in September, can't wait, loved Bioshock

EDIT:

Done some more digging, and if you own them already on Steam, you can upgrade for Free. :D

And if you already own BioShock, BioShock 2, and/or Minerva’s Den on Steam, you will be able to upgrade to the remastered version of the respective title(s) for free after release. It’s a circus of values!

Looking forward to playing through the first again. I just finished playing through the second a few weeks back and was about to start the first on the day these were announced lol.

Also very nice of them to give us it for free.

They are amazing, but if i played through it in HD im pretty sure i wouldn't notice the difference, Them games are saved to my brain bank,

But awesome to the peeps who haven't played it/them before

I got the first one when it was first released, but didn't complete it, bought it again, along with the the others in a Steam sale not long back, when they were only about a couple or so quid each, to go through, but may as well wait till they've been upgraded. :p

Picked these three up yesterday on new Steam accounts ready for September, GMG were doing the three for just over a fiver; sold out now though.

Bioshock was the first PC game I bought and I still have not completed it, twice I have started and still not finished it; finally come this Sept. I have always looked forward to eventually completing the game and had kind of saved it, finally going to find out the secrets and full story of Rapture.
Infinite I completed in a week I think and the second I have not touched yet.

Well I only ever got a few hours into the first game, maybe it's a good a time as any to play them when this is out!

I guess this would give me a reason to complete them  I think I stopped as I got stuck on a particular section and stopped playing lol

Good that it's free to upgrade.

The original still looks pretty good (the legacy of a strong art style) but could have always done with some AA.

It's a shame that I find the game a bit tedious, as the world is so wonderful.

First game was beyond epic at the time for me. Recently purchased the pack on stream for the 1&2 remaster coming. Never played 2 much and only a few hours on Infinity. Will hit them when remastering is done for 1&2 and must complete infinity and the dlc.

[TRIGGERED]Only 1080p?![/TRIGGERED]

Great news though. I heard they were doing it so I grabbed the first two in a sale for next to nothing. I'll add playing those through to the ever expanding list :)

Currently blasting through infinite, since they're not remaking that one no point waiting.

Looking forward to hitting 1 and 2 though. Haven't played since release so a good 8 years?

Great since I picked up all the Bioshocks for very cheap on various deals.

Hoping they'll look okay on my monitor but not holding much hope for 21:9 support :(
