Bioshock: The Collection - HD Remastered

Infinites a bit wacky, will take some time to get used to, with it being up in the sky.

Increased the FOV slider to the MAX, looks much better than default.

I think you may have been able to in BS2, the hammer and screwdriver tonic (im pretty sure it was in BS2 as well) ?, i never used it though, i just went through it using the Bolt 3 one, and the one that made them attack each other, was hilarious that one, mass brawls r us :p

Getting into Infinite now, and its great, didn't know some of the locals attacked you as well, went into this bar, and all hell broke loose :D, and all these pointy hat blokes in some Raven group came after me as well :p

Forget what i said above, Infinites ******* crap, i don't understand it at all, now running about with Elizabeth, after getting her out of that wacky place, first 2 underwater were brilliant, this ones just a wtf.

stick with it, after absoloutely gushing over bioshock it was a big change for me but I soon got into the game and understood why it is how it is.

No, don't quit. Stick with it and then finish the expansions. The story is amazing and links in with the first game.

Bought this having never played any of them before.

Quality games.

#1 has a great story. Graphics looked fine for even a modern game.

Would rate #2 lower than the others because the mechanic for the girls was annoying and generally didn't like how they made the elite mobs behave and move. Felt more like fighting players strafing about than enjoying a pve shooter.

#3 didn't feel good til about the last 1/3 but on the second run through it's a lot more understandable and enjoyable. The cryptic garbage really made no sense without the knowledge from playing it through.

If you don't finish infinite you will be stuck thinking it's garbage. That's how much the final part of the game means to the start of the game.

Yeah that beach bit done me, game seemed to change then, you were just wandering about with her, no weapons, nothing, went on for far too long that part.

Its getting better now though that that parts over, im now after the Shock Jockey, Hall of Heroes.

Well i finished it, and im still none the wiser, was a great game in the end though :D
I didn't fully grasp what was going on after my first play through. I caught enough to get that 'woah - mind blown' feeling at the end but there is no shame in reading up or watching a youtube explanation on the story. Once I realised what was going on it wiped me out - it's the only game I've played through 3 times. It's like one of those films that gets better on multiple viewings as you pick up so many things you missed the first time around. Are you going to play the Under The Sea DLCs? They are based back in Rapture and are brilliant in terms of how they tie the whole story back to the original games but I recommend doing a bit of research to fully understand the Infinite story before doing so.

PC Patch 3: Releasing Dec 5 at 2pm PT
  • Fixes various crash and polish bugs
  • Improves stability on some lower-end machines
  • Adds support for Simplified Chinese text localization

That's nice, patching stability on old games.

There was something sketchy in 1 and 2 in some areas, decent hardware began crawling in specific zones not to mention the crashing.

It was immensely annoying to lose 30m to an hour of progress because you were enjoying yourself too much since your last save aaaaand gone.
