Was going to bump this thread on Monday morning, but starting to think if we should even bother as there is nothing we can do to force him, only the dons and/or xbournex can make something happen:

- dons suspend and/or take his free shipping away till he gets it done (but this won't happen because they aren't going to be willing to loose a customer over this, as chances are if free shipping is taken away, he will just shop else where, as another popular etailer does free shipping and you don't even have to do anything for it and a few other places offer cheaper courier options etc.) Maybe if xbournex contacts them instead they might be willing to do something then......

- xbournex asks for the product to be returned or asks for a payment for the items that shashman received (iirc Tealc said £70)

But that last option is out as well:

There isn't any enforcements I can do. I run this for the sake of getting in touch with the community. It's a mutual trust thing that I want to build.
 
This is beyond a joke now.

Can't believe the mods haven't done anything at all............

Yet if you discuss a TV episode that hasn't aired in the UK yet despite using spoiler tags etc. you risk getting a suspension :rolleyes:

I think the mods should at least change his undername to something more appropriate. This is a disgrace to OCUK and brings shame to what is otherwise a decent community.
 
It is always the few that spoil it for the many......

and I agree with the idea of only allowing long established members entry to these 'events'
4k posts should be minimum.
 
If he isnt able to do a review he should pass the gear onto some one who can do it, its a bit beyond a joke now.

Only members with at least 5 years membership should be allowed to enter ;)

Shashman's actions are beyond pathetic now and quite frankly if it were up to me I would have banned him a long time ago, but the fact that you guys are doing nothing at all to try and solve the issue is just as bad as his actions.


Would love to know what xbournex thinks of all this.

These reviews are a good way of getting user feedback direct to manufacturers to stop them bringing out disappointing tat.

IP Ban this clown already.
