BitFenix Prodigy A

time for a bit more white....
had a play with some plastidip on my h100i, turned the block plate around the right way too!

epic fail with the kraken, my 760 is way too small for this cooler.

and although i liked the idea of having two closed loops, it is a bit ugly so plan B is under way.

along with these..

so here is the current state, i dont want to go too white but maybe a little more, one of the sticks has peeled too so will have to correct that.

looks like i need to clean the window too, dust!

first of all, thanks to all that comment. looking at your builds (which are amazing), it is really nice that you take the time to view and comment on mine.
that said, it has given me the push to crack on with the rear!
card is done, not too bad really..

cut out the back..

then did a little test fit with a backplate and the donor pci slots.

then after trimming, inserted through the inside of the case with a rivet to check my fit.

so next will be some smoothing, finding my backplate (where the hell did i put it?!?!) and drilling for the rivets. then finally spraying.

Very nice build, although other than the reason "because I can"
What is the benefit you are getting from the ATX board? Since you can't utilize the extra PCI-e slots due to the radiator.

(Apem will probably murder me for this), but almost done with a E-ATX build in a 350d and the reasoning behind it was a higher tier board, more ram and video card slots.

well, yes and no really...
my matx board died and a friend of mine was saying to go atx and change case (540). i just don't like large cases any more and since this board was sitting there doing nothing, i thought yeah! why not! plus i had only just got the case when it died.
spec wise it is loads better than anything i would have considered that was matx at the time.
i will either raise the rad up and use something like this:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-026-KA
or go back to air and sli...Or tri-sli with the third coming out the top slightly? maybe not, besides i think it would only be 4x8x8...
interested to see your build now!

Back from the dead! been playing around with the layout, testing SLI and finally finding a new charger for my camera!

grabbed a stonking 760 HOF from 8Pack (in white pcb) which meant i could finally put the Kraken cooler to use. this card clocks very well on the core, has a 1300+ boost as standard compared to the stock 1100 i was getting with the other.

so it looks pretty tight having two cards and two rads!

so had another shuffle using air..

flipped psu and allowed space for a single rad up front

the clearance is pretty useful for anyone considering a custom loop with a 240 and a 120

the only angle i can get to show the white pcb and kraken plate together, that air cooler blocks the way!
