One of my HDs (WD5000AAKS) kind of stops working for a few seconds, then picks up again. So if I watch a film from it, it will stop and during that time I cannot browse the drive etc. Burning a DVD also, let's say, and it happens will result in a coaster.
Sometimes on boot it will delay the section showing what drives are in the PC, and this has happened on more than 1 machine.
I thought it may be specific to the PC it was in, so I tried it in another and exactly the same thing. So I got the WD tools and tested it. No errors with the Extended test for 2 hours.
What do I do? Shall I RMA it?
