That exact deal could be had for £56 but there's no way that's sustainable.

OcUK have sold stuff at a loss before with the same sort of stipulations, limited quantity etc.

Can you buy an overclocked custom cooled 280X with BF4 and some other free stuff for £227.99 elsewhere? Its vastly cheaper than our competitors, we can't help the fact that our price pre-discount was already pre-discounted for your convience.

Judging by how quickly they are selling, obviously many people do find it a great deal. :)
 
I'm a bit appauled by the people who aren't happy with these offers.

As has been said earlier, OCUK are one of the cheapest UK retailers (especially on GPU's) and offer loads of perks such as free games and shipping, aswell as overclocked GPU's (non-ref).

Though the discounts may not seem a lot, they are dicounting products which were being sold cheaper than elsewhere anyway..

Also don't forget "Black Friday" is an American thing.. not a UK event, OCUK are doing this out of good will..
 
An AMD special? :) (whatever happened to AMD Fridays?)

I know margins on the CPUs aren't great but it'd be good to have a today only on the 8320 or 8350 (or even 9370).

We are trying to sort something for AMD this Friday, on an older graphics card, hint hint, 7850 but it is still in progress, should be pretty epic though. :)

Agree with you Doomed, whilst they are not out of this world crazy if they are already discounted then a further shaving is nothing to be scoffed at.

I am just thankful there is a quality forum backed up by an owner who actually communicates on this level - very impressed!

(I know they're quite 'old', but still the best performing AIO, just the price hurts my eyes! Also 280mm, not 240mm = don't think you sell many :()
