Only just an Order Details email. They have a record of my order so if anything is wrong, I'd be mightily ****ed off if I don't get one.

I phoned in the end (seemed to be the going advice), took less than 8 minutes total (including hold time) and turns out the payment hadn't gone through. I just paid over the phone instead.
