I ordered 14700K CPU here on OCUK and delivery expected on Wed but I missed it, tested my doorbell found it was not worked so 6V PX28 battery died, it was worked fine last time last week. Today had text from DPD said driver will deliver parcel between 3.38-4.38pm. I decided to walked to ASDA hours earlier before DPD delivery but found they dont sell 6V batteries. Walked back home before 2.49pm shocked to see DPD noticed hanged on my door letterbox outside, stupid delivery guy should posted notice INSIDE my letterbox. I took notice and unlocked my door, went to kitchen and checked my DPD app at 2.49pm found the driver falsed recorded my parcel as delivered at 3.50pm and took a pic of my door so he never took a pic of my parcel, he wrote "Behind Port" on notice, I had no idea what he mean so guess he mean behind porch, I went to my back porch and see no sight of parcel, went to checked my garden bushes, behind bins, inside bins and front garden bushes but so far no sight of my missing parcel. Driver obviously stole my parcel, he arrived much earlier before 2.49pm and carelessly and irresonsible put DPD notice outside hanged on my letterbox.
My 2 last DPD drivers never did that and they did their jobs properly took pics of parcels where they left so I knew where they put my parcels.
I reported to DPD through DPD app chat but app froze and hang often, I also reported to Overclockers UK customer service through webnote with 4 screenshots of my door with DPD notice hanged on letterbox, DPD app showed parcel delivered at 3.50pm wth timestamp 2.49pm at top left corner and my door the driver took pic of it, DPD text message and pic of DPD notice.
Checked Screwfix and The Range website they didnt sell 6V batteries then I found Amazon stock it and I ordered Durcell 6V PX28L battery and it will deliver on 1 Dec.
