$$$$$ BLACK FRIDAY: ENGAGE! $$$$$

And it gets them some crazy publicity over their SSDs which have been overlooked for a while by most in favour of Crucial or Samsung.

Which has always surprised me as in terms of reliability intel have consistently been in the top 2 manufacturers. I think the problems always been that they're often second best to samsung on performance, while being just as expensive which leaves them in a bit of a limbo in terms of the choices people make over what to buy.

EDIT: that said, that tweaktown review made me realise just how awesome they are for raid. Outperforming everything else on the market once you start raiding them.

Thats what my thought was as well. I did a quick check at Anandtech, and it is a fine drive.

After my 'encounter' with the earlier Sandforces (OCZ Agility 2, local shop said 70% return rate) I went to Intel 320 at a premium, so guess they're now thanking me ;)

Yes all gone!

The LG monitors are all gone too and the 295 X2's are nearly all sold out as well as most of the 290 and 290X.

Asus and MSI 970 are running very low too!

If sales remain as they are we will have sold over GBP 1M in sales in just one day. :D

So every single model of LG monitor listed in Black Friday is sold out? No more 21:9 LGs left in the house?

If so, that's my dilemma of the day gone while out at Sainsburys, I was trying to decide between the 25" and 29" 2560x1080 models.

Impressive, order the MSI 970 at about 17:15 yesterday, and it arrives lunchtime today (albeit in a giant sized packing box), on free delivery for forum members. Bonus, I got Haribo too :D

The Shields are selling like crazy, don't miss out as remember we shall withdraw that offer around 5pm today!

Would I be wrong in saying that the Predator 2400mhz kit would be the best choice for an Asus X99-S + 5820K set-up? I'm struggling to see anything better.

One thing I wonder, with the recent white themed trend, we have white motherboards, we have white air/AIO/custom loop coolers, we have white graphics cards, we also have white SSD and PSU but it seems all major big brand RAM manufacturers are late for there white affordable DDR4 :p

We have White DDR4 already on the way. ;)

Clearly someone keeps an eye on our Caseking family, it sure is. :)
Ah, damn... now I'm torn whether to wait for that or go for the Kingston Predator on offer. For an Asus X99-S that Panram stuff would look amazing... although the timings don't look too hot. I'm also a bit puzzled why their 16GB kits only seem to come in 2x8GB sticks and not 4x4GB.

Just made the order deadline (I think) for Monday deliver for a few bits to keep most of the family happy next month.

Treated myself to a new mouse, as my old M$ Sidewinder has had a slicking left mouse button for months, but was hoping to treat myself to a new monitor (my old Iiyama E2403WS had been giving me "auto adjusting" bang in the middle of the screen annoyingly often). Was tempted by the 25UM65-P, but loved the look of the 29UB65-P and was wary of hastily making a decidsion, I've owned two monitors in 14 years (previous being Iiyama Vision master Pro 451 CRT).

I'm sure there will be other sales. ;)
