$$$$$ BLACK FRIDAY: ENGAGE! $$$$$

Any 970s with block support and I'm in for two. Hovering over MSI ones, but I've been told already they won't be discounted!

Inno3D is on at £239.99 already. :)

Asus, Gigabyte and MSI I shall look into but any discount will be small guys. Will see if I can maybe add some tomorrow to the graphics section.

My "Tax avoidance Morals" go out the window when it starts to save serious sheets!

Come on gibbo :P Looking at getting most of an entire PC this weekend!

I hear you.
I doubt a week goes by without me visiting the rainforest.
Just had a bunch of good from there this morning ;)

Got a keyboard from here too. Unfortunately that was all.

Yeah I've seen that and am tempted, they are the diddy PCBs aren't they?

MSI one is a hot ticket though isn't it Gibbo, good O/C results on them.

Yeah they are the ones based on a 670/760 small PCB I think.

Yeah but the best bang for buck 970 is the EX OC Black Edition to be frank and it the MSI, Asus, Gigabyte and Air Boss stuff are all good clockers, but getting over 1500MHz is down to silicon lottery really you just stand a better chance on the cards with better power phase design.

seeing as the r9 295x are getting heavily discounted, will we get to see any discounts on the titan Z at all? :p

would be great to get a heads up :D

Doubt it since the reduction came from AMD where it started in the states with $200 off before we seen reductions in Europe.

Nvidia are very unlikely to further reduce the Titan Z, you can't even buy a single Titan now and GM200 replacement is a few months away.

Nice one Uber. Good to see those scores from these pocket rockets!

Are you going to/have you bothered to put blocks on?

Yeah I did that a couple of days after getting them. I was going to flash a custom BIOS too so I could crank them even higher but in the end I couldn't really be bothered as they were already destroying every game I threw at them.

Some great deals already!

Reference 290x or XFX 290? Heard the reference cards run very hot, but would the performance increase over the 290 be worth it?

Thanks. 670 blocks?

V tempted with these ones now, will see what happens by Friday then decide.

You would struggle to tell the difference between a 290/290X if you didn't know which you were using, IIRC the Sapphire Tri-X 290's were faster out of the box than a reference 290X.

Yeah, I got a pair of B grade ones cheap before most people realised they worked on 970's :D
