Any idea why there's 3 different prone settings and what does Go To Prone do vs the others?

I think 1 is you go prone and stand up when letting go of the key 1 stays down when you go prone. And I think one jumps to prone.

Just a reminder - Remember to turn off 'Sync Every Frame' as mine was on by default and I couldn't figure out why I was getting terrible lag.
