As for layout, currently thinking this but with the fans on the dual doing a push rather than a pull. Also toying with adding a pull set to the triple :)

Personally, I would have the triple rad pulling in air into the case and the rear fan exhausting the air.

When I did my setup, I was going to do it that way but then you would have hot air from the bottom rad going through the triple radiator.
 
The more I think about having the rear fan as an exhaust the more I like it :)

Have you had an issue with dust? What filter or grill did you use?

It shouldn't cause much dust tbh. I give my computer a clean once every 3 months using compressed air from the air compressor, works a treat :)

I don't use any filters, apart from the one you get with the 800d were the PSU is.

Doing this, I have no problems with temperature issues. CPU under load is at 74c @4ghz and my gtx 480's in SLI, max I've seen is 57c.
 
Thinking about adding some white LEDs as well :) The blue from the fans looks good but it drowns the inside a bit and you can't really see all the niceness of the cable braiding etc :)
