Blonde hair shades.

It's really not as simple as buying a certain colour to bleach it. Depending on the colour of your hair (ie - the darker it is, the stronger the bleach) is what kind of bleach/developer you would buy. Search for your nearest sally's shop, and go ask them in there. This is what I do whenever I dye my hair. Although, you really won't be able to bleach it by yourself, it's very difficult, and if you aren't careful you will end up bald. :p

Its bleached full blonde and his dark hair roots are growing in underneath.

You could say dirty blonde.

Bleaching your hair is also gay.
