Blue light blocking glasses

I would be 99% sure it's not blue light, and it's due to looking at such a small screen all day, you can have 50/50 vision and still get eye strain and headaches

In most cases I find turning the brightness down helps, and if possible increase the display size so you can have the phone further away. Blue light filter did nothing for me.

What’s the purpose of reducing blue light, for you OP?

As i stated before, its only because that is what i read....i may be wrong.

Looking at the mobile screen for hours is a problem i agree.

Think i will need to invest in a tablet...

Had a quick read but still not sure what you’re actually trying to achieve by reducing blue light.

Is it insomnia, headaches and eye strain you’re attributing to the blue light?

If so, the best thing you can do is avoid any screens at least an hour before bed.

Blue light isn’t harmful to your eyes, contrary to popular belief, but it can impact your circadian rhythm, which is your body’s natural routine for feeling awake/tired.

To truly work out whether it’s blue light impacting this, I would most definitely try to cut out blue light before bed.

If after a couple of weeks you notice you’re regularly sleeping better, you know the answer.

Then you can look at reintroducing it again, perhaps at smaller doses through use of filters/glasses.

But start with the extreme of removing screens altogether at least an hour before :-)
