looks like your modem tried to download the 10mbit config file i think

So the UBR gets done second? I assumed it was the ubr first then network upgrades. Jarrow's ubr was done on monday and still no speed increase.

UBR done first, then Network upgrade.

UBR's done here in Gillingham, but no Network upgrade yet

Well I got an email today saying :

Dear Customer,

We're pleased to tell you that we have upgraded your speed from 2Mb to up to 10Mb. We have also increased your upstream speed to up to 384k from 256k.

Whatever you do online you can now enjoy doing it faster with the free extra speed.

Yet all the tests I do suggest it is a 4mb connection nearer to 3mb. I dont know if it could be anything with my settings will have to investigate further.
