To enable us to make improvements to your service, including the recently announced speed increases, we will soon be carrying out some work on the network in your area.
To avoid any inconvenience we wanted to let you know in advance of this happening, as it may cause some minor disruption to your Internet service.
Disruption to your Internet service may occur at some point between 18th October and 7th November 2005. You should only be affected for a period of around 2 hours between 10am and 5pm on the day the work is carried out.

so I called BY Customer Support and they tried a few things without any luck then told me it was a Signal to Noise issue and they had raised it as a fault.
