Boy got away with it in the end too

edit: just to clarify, don't believe the BMW broke down. This was a well known case where he got away, but being COPS they can never let the bad guy get away can they!

Edit 2: notice when they say the BMW broke down there is no time on screen whereas every other screen has tghe exact time? It's because the bit where he 'Broke down' is actually a video from a bit earlier on in the chase.

True - the video playing when they said he broke down was just a reply from the rapid stop when the police car almost went into the back of him. Maybe he did breakdown/run out of fuel but we didn't see that on the video.
