Woot a thread dedicated to high quality plastics and noise dampened cabins and heavy feeling doors!

I used to have an E46 320i SE.

I now have a 330i Sport SMG, and I love it :D

I honestly can't beleive that after all the threads you posted asking advice you STILL went and bought an SSG1 fitted car. Are you asking for hassle or what  Does make me wonder what the point in wasting the forums time asking for advice is if you've no intention of following it :)

Hope you are lucky with it :(

Scuzi, you probably answered this already

But judging from that sound you've taken the foam out of the sound generator? ;)

It's such a shame that he wasted the forum's precious time by having the audacity to ask a question and stimulate discussion! Not only that, how dare he do something contrary to the advice given?! Shocking behaviour on the part of Over Clocker. :(

Your arrogance beggars belief at times.

I took out the smallest bit and cut the bigger bit in half and replaced it. The noise with all of the foam removed was ridiculous. It would be good for a track day or something like that but for everyday use it was too much. Half of the bigger bit seems to strike a nice balance although it can be quite boomy at motorway speeds.
