BMW Z4 thread

Buy on condition and history is the key with any car. Seems like a good one, but I would push to get £1500 off. It has a Warranty and low mileage and I think low mileage is worth paying a little more for.

I dont think I'd want a car thats hardly been driven, especially not for a considerable premium.

That's what I was looking for.

wow - that's good, what about a 3.0 coupe ? Hadn't really considered the coupe but that could be another option..

To answer someone before I did think seriously about a 350z / Audi tt QS / S2000 / Z4 before I got the scoob. Z4 is fave at the moment..

3.0Si Coupes are going for the same sort of price as the M, you need about £25k for a decent one. The M is a lot more hardcore though and comes with significantly bigger bills so it depends what you want in the long run. It is the opinion of many that the 3.0Si is a better everyday car whereas the M is a better weekend toy.

Noticed that one has the sports seats though - nice..

I much prefer the interior of the 06 car over the 03, the darker plastics are much nicer and the wheel is huge improvement. Are these easily swapped ?

..I know this sounds crazy but modding cars this way is my bag ;)

Thanks for all the info though everyone and sorry for all the questions..great to have access to all your knowledge :)

If you like modding, ESS do a supercharger kit for the 3.0i and I believe they are developing one for the 3.0Si;)

Then stop being a pedant after someone has clarified their point, its both tiresome and sad.

So you get to be rude, insulting and more patronising?

I'm not being pedantic, I pointed out that you'd misinformed the OP about the cost of a Boxster S by a considerable margin and all you can do is have a go at me.

Thanks.
