It’s rare but I’ve seen some crap cars with number plates worth more than a 50k car. Some people do it for ***** and giggles.

how do you know how much a plate is worth? most private plates probably wouldn't have a whole lot of demand it's just companies profiteering

it's not that much difference from when people/companies would sit on domain names and hope to sell them for a profit

I'm not really a fan of any kind of personalised plate TBH.

Precisely, it's the mark of an egotist and the incredibly vain. They generally drive like morons due to their elevated sense of entitlement.
