Body alarm, alarm clock

I used to always wake up before my alarm.

After having kids and not having a regular morning exercise regime it's screwed up my ability to get up in the morning and I now snooze my alarm for 40-50 minutes each morning.

Rarely in bed after 11pm these days.

My missus goes to bed usually between 9:30 - 10:30 but often reads or watches telly and drifts off around 11pm.
She can get up without the need for an alarm clock so absolutely loves all of mine going off.
I have cut down on alarms though, I used to have 3 phones by my bed - 3 alarms set on 1 phone, 2 alarms on another and 1 alarm on another.
Add the snoozes i used to use also and sometimes there would be around 10 alarms going off, all within a minute or so of each other.

Ever since a child I used to be a gamer,
and weirdly my body always wakes me up exactly 7 to game
And during days of work, if I say i have to wake up at 5
and leave around 6am...weirdly i wake up near enough 5 or exactly.

It's quite weird, im sure others have this aswell,
but i rarely ever even need more than 4 hours sleep.
Guess it could be the gamers sleep pattern or
my tourret's that makes me hyper :P

I'm terrible at getting up! Have to use an alarm on my phone which has math questions to solve before it'll turn off, then starts a 2 minute timer and goes off again in case I go back to sleep.
But could quite easily stay up until the early hours

My natural pattern if left to it is 3am-11am :S

I'm exactly the same. It's very strange. For the last few years I had to sleep 00:00 - 7:00 due to working. I'm currently not working and I went straight back to 3:00 - 11:00.

It makes me feel really lazy getting up so late...oh, and I ALWAYS need an alarm clock for any type of appointment or work. Sometimes two :D

Bed at midnight means I'll usually start to rise about 8:30 if left to my own devices. Any longer left in bed would result in me having a headache for the rest of the day.

Throughout the working week though I go to bed at around midnight and alarm is on for 7:30. Would prefer another hour in bed but if I try to sleep before midnight I just can't drop off.

I lay my head to rest around 2330 to wake up for 0620. Last couple of weeks I have woken between 0500 and 0600 naturally. On, Friday I sleep without an alarm and usually wake up a few minutes either side of 0600 on, Saturday. Saturday I'm in bed around midnight and last few weeks wake up 0830 to 0930.

Holidays/Time off or unemployment then I'm up to about 2am and get up around 10am.

I start to fall asleep around the 10pm mark.. And always seem to wake up at 4am. Doesn't matter if i go to bed at midnight i always wake up at 4am. What i do now when i wake up at 4am is lay in bed and watch a documentary on netflix and usually after an hr of watching i'll dose off again for another hr, then its up and at 'em 6am.

Getting in a total of 7hrs, but broken...

Nearly 43, and this pattern started emerging only in the last 18months. Before that i just slept when i fell asleep somewhere inbetween 11pm to midnight and woke up sometime in the morning normally just before 7am. Never counted the hrs.. Now i'm always counting the hrs...

Up until about 2 weeks ago I had major issues getting up in the mornings, I physically couldn't get out of bed :(

But the last few weeks I have been waking up at 7am every day including weekends which is amazing! And that is without my alarm(I still have it as a backup with four different alarms set over half an hour lol)

I read this like a poem, realised at the end it wasn't :(

Without fail I need an alarm clock otherwise I would sleep in till gone 9am.

Unless it's a weekend, of course, because at a weekend my body likes to torture me by making me wake up at alarm o'clock even when it isn't even set and I am perfectly OK to sleep in till gone 9am. :(

Fu body!!!!!!!!! :(
