Body alarm, alarm clock

I can nearly always wake up within 15 mins of when I need to.

However I have a 1981 radio alarm and I set it most nights. It was a birthday present when I started my current job and 34 years later it still works fine.
 
During exam period and when I've got commitments on etc I can train myself to get into a 12-7 sleep routine. But when nothing is going on like now I let it slip and it gets gradually worse. Right now I'm about 3-12.

If I have somewhere to be, and I forget to set an alarm, I won't be there.
