Do we have any bodybuilders on the forum? or just anybody that lifts weights or lives for exercise lol.
We must have some people who are interested in this rite? i've started traininga bout 3 months ago, trying to put on weight now cuz i'm a skinny little bitch....umm ye not for long though lol, anyways lemme know and if so post some stats n pics of progress if you got any, i'd post my starting pics but the whole forum would have a right laugh at me lol, maybe i'll post them when i make some gains ....... also if anybody is experienced in this stuff i could do with some form of training/diet plan :)

haha oh shizzle i didnt realise, i'm still half asleep, i guess this threads pointless then isnt it lol, unless i can get some personal training on it? mods let me know, i'm more than happy to join another but a thread for my self would be kool

I used to train regular. Was really hooked on it. Too old now!! 40+. Used to get too many joint pains too!

You're never too old. 40's is nothing, you've got stacks of life in you yet!

Yup there are plenty of us who are serious about training on this forum, just have a look in the sticky, there are lots of other threads aswell about peoples individual progress.

Don't be scared to post your pictures. If someone laughs at you for posting pictures of yourself so that we can see your progress in time, then they don't deserve to be a member and clearly couldn't be taken seriously.

One of the most satisfying things about training is seeing your progress. I suggest you get some photos of yourself now, and take your measurments all over, and also start a training journal.

There is nothing quite like looking back and seeing where you've become better / stronger / more developed.

For sure. The gym I train at is mainly for wrestling and cage fighting/ ultimate fighting. One of the guys there is almost 70 and he won a European silver medal in Judo about 18 months ago... he's harder than granite!! :D Supremely fit too! He's far fitter than I in regards to circuit training

I believe Morba (correct me if I'm wrong) works out from home and also by himself. So I'm sure he'll be able to give you some very good advice as to what you can be doing without risking injury.

Oh, and that's assuming you're working out alone.

For the OP commenting about being skinny, I used to be. Now, I'm just lean :p But, the best formula for gaining weight I had (being a fellow hard gainer) was to eat 4-5 med sized meals per day. Also, DO NOT go for more than 2 hours withouth taking in 20-40 grams of protein. I also added some extra glutamine with it and put on some very quality weight.

Can you guys still get andro in the UK?

It's just a dungeon of a place, with a huge mat, some punch bags, etc and loads of weights at one end. As I said it's just what they use for the ultimate fighters/ wrestlers to train in, it's not a business and open to the public or anything.

Why would a beginner want to start out eating 300-400g of protein a day? That's ludicrous, not to mention a furious waste of money.
