I bought this game after watching vids on it, I was really interested for a couple days and haven't played since. Maybe I am too old for gaming

Bought it last night, downloaded over night, crap internet here. Played it for 5 mins, refunded it. It might look nice but it's only multiplayer. My fault, I should have read up on it.

Bodycam is. Im up to 22 hours and still enjpying it. Sure, it's multilpayer only and a few maps, but the action is brilliant.

Can you play it coop like Raven Shield and Swat 4 or just pvp?
I do get tempted by these games, but they always just get a bit run and gun in open multiplayer pvp, rather than tactical and a bit slower.

If you run and gun, you wont last long. It's certainly a more tactical shooter like Swat 4, especially on the woods map (Tumblewood)
It helps if you work as a group and slowly move and hide to spot the enemy instead of run, slide, jump, shoot - that wont work at all
Tumblewood feels more like playing paintball, hide and you have to look for movement in the distance then fire. TK is on all the time too, so a bit of care is needed in comparision to other FPS games where everyone shoots and throws grenades at each other.

I bought it recently, played for 10 mins and got a refund. It might look OKish (nothing like the videos or screen shots and is janky as hell), but there is no game there. Multiplayer only which is about as much fun as spending the time trying to pinch a large one out. Unless you like multiplayer only games which I do not. It may improve but I feel it's a long way off yet if at all.

How is this 'janky'? Not too sure what that means, you mean the movement - as in its not run around 100mph slide cancelling and bunny hopping, nope it's not.

No, one level was fairly smooth and the next was like a slide show. Poor written code I can only assume but I'm no programmer. Maybe my system wasn't up to it, but it runs every other game new and old in 4k very well. Also it didn't grab me at all. Didn't enjoy the gaming experience and no single player mode made it worse for me.
I dont think ive properly played a single player game since 2004 (Half Life 2)
Each to their own but I think its a pretty solid game for two young developers, hope they do well and expand the team - which by the sounds of it they are doing. Then will come the better written code
