I'm just saying that there can be logical reasons to have bomb purposely cause more minor damage. There are also reasons why that wasn't the intention at all, maybe they were just not that smart.

So any talk of affable well intentioned bombers is ridiculous.

End of the day the terrorist planted bombs, once they go off nobody can 100% predict what casualties there will be.

Don't think he is talking about affability or any "well intended" stuff - more that mass killings don't always serve the cause as much as making a statement does in this fashion which is often more relevant to typical domestic terrorism than external. Though it isn't clear in this case yet that the other device wasn't intended for subsequent responders/crowd or not.

And since i posted Aye earlier i have since posted they are not looking at international terrorism, which we all know means Islamic Terrorism, which is not their priority.

Probably because the same people constantly derail threads with the same rubbish ever time something happens, even though there is no evidence to support their speculation.

Islamic terrorism has initially been ruled out. Can we stop bleeting on about it and stick to the facts instead? We can come back to the Islam bashing if and when it has been decided that Islamic extremists may actually be a factor in the bombing.
